  1. place the day on a flat surface.
  2. do not shake it for at least 30 seconds.
  3. if a thought begins blinking, observe only.
  4. do not tap to expand.
  5. keep all windows closed unless ventilation is required.
  6. if memory leaks, collect in a small metal bowl.
  7. label the bowl temporary.
  8. continue as if this is sufficient.

  • repetition is not progress.
  • progress is not proof.
  • a warm device may still be inactive.
  • silence can indicate successful operation.

  • pause the mouth before the hand.
  • remove one assumption.
  • restart eye contact.
  • wait for the room to finish loading.
